**Responsibilities**:

- Develop strategic initiatives to showcase advanced solutions and expand market share proactively.
- Prospect for and secure new accounts, maximizing sales activities and achieving quotas.
- Become a trusted advisor to customers at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Leverage your deep understanding of customer strategies to identify opportunities and deliver valuable insights that propel their success.
- Expand wallet share within assigned accounts by establishing multi-year business plans and roadmaps for large-scale implementations.
- Champion a collaborative approach, fostering relationships with partners and alliances to address customer needs seamlessly.
- Lead the sales cycle, guiding pre-sales, engineering, and support teams to achieve shared goals.
- Manage and support purchasing agreements, ensuring a smooth and successful customer journey.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in a technology company, preferably selling complex SaaS solutions, ideally in the contact center space.
- A proven track record of closing large deals and navigating intricate commercial transactions.
- The ability to manage multiple, complex sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills that inspire confidence and trust.
- A self-directed, adaptable, and confident demeanor.
- The ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- A demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with high-level decision-makers and champion the strategic value of company solutions.
- The tenacity to close deals, identify opportunities, secure commitments, and drive action throughout the sales cycle.
- The agility to adapt plans and make adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- The ability to thrive in a complex, matrixed organization, collaborating effectively across internal and external teams.
- In-depth knowledge of the company portfolio and relevant markets.
- A willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.
