Senior HR Executive

This Senior HR Executive should be a hands-on person who also undertakes a strategic HR role in the full HR spectrum. He/she must be strong in internal communication with management as well as internal stakeholders. He/she should also be familiar with local labour legislations and tripartite guidelines. Experience in compensation and benefit is a plus point.
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- Manage and check monthly payroll; Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries
- Manage and implement Annual Wage & Promotion Review
- Manage and implement Mid-year and Year-end Performance Appraisal exercises; conduct pre-appraisal briefings as well as moderation meetings with HODs
- Oversee various types of insurance review exercise (e.g. Hospitalization &Surgical Insurance, Group Term Life Insurance, Work Injury Compensation Insurance etc.)
- Oversee staff leave and monitor outliers
**Talent Acquisition**:
- Work closely with HODs to support their talent needs
- Liaise with schools for Internship programs and work-study programes
- Conduct screening, selection, interviews and offer for hire
- Prepare letter of offer / salary package in accordance with the company's salary structure and job grades
- Follow through new hires' integration into the company (including staff confirmation)
**Employee Engagement**:
- Organize company events and staff-engagements activities like Christmas dinner, Chinese New Year dinner, teambuilding activities, company overseas trips, etc
**Others**:
- Manage Employee On & Off Boarding
- Support HR employment life cycle i.e. promotion, transfer, re-designation, conversion & resignation
- Maintain and update monthly headcount report
- Support HQ in various matters like monthly organisation chart, staff list, movement report as well as reports on annual salary increment, bonuses, etc.
- Manage HR projects like e-appraisal system/process, salary benchmarking, etc
- Source for available government grants like Overseas Market Immersion Programs, Market Readiness Assistance Grant, etc
- Plan and execute employee recognition initiatives like Exemplary Staff Award that is in line with the company's Core Value System
- Implement, review and update HR Policies and Employee Handbook; including introduction of new policies/procedures like secondary employment/moonlighting, overtime policy, staggered work hours policy, etc
- Support HR needs of an overseas joint-venture (eg. obtaining work visa, print name cards, etc)
- Oversees office maintenance and repair works and requisition of stationary
- Manage company intranet and social media platforms
- Manage annual renewal of Progressive Wage Mark
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma / Degree in HRM, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in full HR spectrum
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge in Employment Act, Government Tripartite Guidelines, HR Policies and Best Practices
- Meticulous, detailed, well-organized, able to multi-task
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels
- Effective team-player with a positive attitude
