**The role**
We are building a global sales team and want you to help partner ESGTech with as many businesses as possible. Everywhere you look, people and companies are talking about sustainability, ESG, net-zero, and all these companies will need technology to support their ambitions. It will be your role to forge partnerships in the form of channel partners. As an early sales team member, you’ll be able to be part of the go-to-market origination, build the sales playbook and constantly be a part of the feedback loop to support greater sales and company objectives.
**We’re looking for people with the following attributes**:
- A willingness to become a domain expert in ESG and instill knowledge onto our customers.
- Can demonstrate sales excellence, from a management to executive level.
- Know how to read the room and your partners.
- Can point to experiences that had aggressive targets and a sense of pride for accomplishing them.
**You might be best suited if you can create/execute**:
- Find your way to the right people within a firm, and educate them on the importance of technology partners, to deliver a full service to their end customers.
- You will need to own the complete sale cycle, from outbound to contract signature.
- Contribute to the sales playbook, educate the team on what you know works best, and how you instill that knowledge into a repeatable process.
- Explore new markets.
- Share customer feedback with the product team to strengthen relationships and market reputation.
- Help build the sales team.
