Title - CRM Manager
Report to - Commercial Director
**MISSION**
Manage the Customer Relationship Analysis activity, work closely with retail team to make decision about the proper functioning of this relationship and projects.
Implement improvements to the CRM processes, propose methods to acquire & retain customers and participate in growth campaigns.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Schedule CRM activations for Asia in collaboration with Marketing teams.
- Strategy and follow up of database exploitation program.
- Development of clients’ recruitment programs with Retail and Digital departments: e-newsletter, mailing, CRM card, OPT In strategy.
- Training and monitoring of SugarCRM tool for all Asia affiliates.
- Regulate feedback on SugarCRM to HQ.
- Ensure smooth internalization of ASM HK.
- Monitor ASM JP level of service.
- Participate and support in events.
