**Job Mission**:
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and commercial operations of Eurofragance, building partnership with current customers and adding new ones to the portfolio to ensure sustainable growth in North Asia.

**Main Job Functions**:

- Analyze specific markets and propose a plan to develop business and reach the sales targets.
- Setting sales target and developing new Business opportunities in North Asia.
- Take responsibility for existing clients and prospect potential ones in the area of responsibility.
- Work on market research, contacting potential new customers and establishing effective work relations.
- Keep up to date on market products and competitors’ new launches.
- Close interaction with internal departments such as the Creative department, Fragrance Development & Marketing.
- Presenting projects internally and follow up the production process to get the final product done and reinforce on time delivery.
- Managing pricing for whole client’s portfolio, responsible to solve client enquiries and advise them on their needs.

**Educational**
- Degree or equivalent

**Areas of Expertise and Years of Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales.
- Bring strong experience in sales within fragrance or similar industries.
- Regular Travel in Northern Asia

**Language Skills**
- English
- Mandarin
