Roles & Responsibilities
- Reporting to APAC General Manager in Singapore
- Coverage of North Asia markets, with strong experience in Hong Kong and China market environment
- Expand global alliance partnership and expand the reach into the Alliances network in North Asia, with core focus in HK and China.
- Channel Recruitment and Channel Management of existing partner network to drive mutual profitability and success
- Develop, coordinate and execute Partner Enablement Programs to ensure effective knowledge transfer to their Sales, Pre-Sales departments with the aim of achieving a high level of Company solution confidence
- Create and develop a co-joint, tailor-made sales plan with Partners to guarantee effectiveness in presenting and proposing Board to specific domains and industries
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams, as well as other cross-functional Board stakeholders, to capitalize revenue growth efforts
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree or relevant qualifications
- Experiences in enterprise software sales, that accompanies consultative and implementation services
- Ability to work with Office of the CFO, understands the terminologies and the relevant needs
- Experiences in Services & Consulting sales will be advantageous
- Experiences in managing Bid (RFP/RFI) processes, and working with system integrators on a joint bid
- Understand the expectation and requirements of Partners for successful “co-sell and influence” joint engagements
- Excellent communication skills, written and fluency proficient for the China and Hong Kong markets
- The entrepreneurial mentality to work in a business setup and environment of a niche player
- High energy, systematic and meticulous, with attention to details
- Strong technical acumen, preferably in the technologies of Analytics and Performance Management, including the solutioning aspect of the typical EPM Implementation Architecture.
- On target earnings: OTE (50/50 split)
