Trade Leader

This is a leadership role requiring a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and make business decisions.

The individual will develop and implement comprehensive business plans to drive growth and profitability in the North Asia & Oceania Regions.

  • Oversight of market changes influencing the company, providing market insights and strategic advice.
  • Profit and loss management for North Asia & Oceania Regions.
  • Leading significant development of the business and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Customer relationship management ensuring the company maintains a share of the business.
  • Making sharp and decisive decisions approaching the market to ensure profitability.
  • Active communication with internal colleagues (Commercial / Operations / Finance) for smooth sales closure.
  • Assessing, managing, and resolving problematic developments and situations.
  • Providing strategic leadership to the team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive business plans to grow the business and improve costs efficiency.
  • Identifying, assigning, developing, and retaining key employees.
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations.
  • Effective communication of division and corporate vision to build a supportive culture.
  • Evaluating staff performance based on established KPIs and addressing staff performance issues effectively.
