**Job Description**:

- Develop strategy and deliver programs for building brand advocacy, including inspiring education, recipes and activations with internal and external customers within the HORECA trade.
- Seek opportunities to increase and maximise brand visibility and build key partnerships in on premise and off premise (hotels, cafes, restaurants, bars, drinks takeaway counters and other relevant channels).
- Create and run key activation events and ensure events reflect positively on the brand including high industry engagement and participation.
- Find solutions for key customers and work closely with the Sales team to support with beverage innovation knowledge and expertise.

Job Requirements
- With 3-5 years of experience with specialty coffee for head barista
- Possess Mixology experience
- Experience and Proven Track Record in Beverage Sales in a bar / bistro / restaurants
- Loves and drinks coffee
- Customer service-oriented
- Willingness to learn and continuous self improve
- Proactive, work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- A team player who believes in communication
