Job Description:

We are seeking a Beverage Product Innovator to join our team. As a key member of our beverage development team, you will be responsible for developing and improving beverage products from concept to launch.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and improving beverage products through concept creation, trial, and launch
  • Conducting trials and ensuring timely project delivery
  • Working with cross-functional teams on product innovation and renovation
  • Ensuring compliance with food regulations
  • Supporting the transformation of documentation to a paperless system

Requirements:

  • Min. Degree in Food Science, Technology, Engineering, Nutrition, Chemistry, or Microbiology
  • Min. 2–3 years' experience in F&B (beverage R&D preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in pilot plant operations is a plus
  • Strong project management, teamwork, and detail orientation
