  • Monitor and troubleshoot fermentation processes to prevent spoilage or inconsistency
  • Participate actively in tastings, menu development sessions, and internal trainings to continuously refine beverage offerings
Requirements:
  • Experience working with kombucha, fermented beverages, and juice blends, with an understanding of fermentation science and safety
  • Solid kitchen background, ideally in a fine dining or high-end hospitality environment
  • Ability to innovate with flavors, techniques, and presentations that align with the restaurant's menu and philosophy
  • Strong mise-en-place discipline, attention to detail, and ability to maintain fermentation logs and production schedules
