Flavour Innovation Role

This is a highly creative role where you will be at the forefront of beverage flavour innovation for the Southeast Asian market.

Job Description:

The primary mission is to create new and winning sweet flavours specifically for beverage applications, based on internal projects, customer briefings, and inspiration. This involves developing unique flavour profiles, modifying and perfecting existing recipes, managing key projects, conducting evaluations, collaborating with sales teams, and ensuring smooth transitions from lab to factory.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful experience as a Flavourist with sustained project wins.
  • Specialized experience in creating beverage flavours for the Southeast Asian market is preferred.
  • University Degree or Advanced Diploma in food science, chemistry, or a related field is required.
  • Knowledge of flavour and food regulations in various countries.
  • Deep understanding of raw materials, ingredient costing, functionality, and stability.
  • Proficiency in organoleptic evaluation techniques and analytical methods.
