Sweet Flavour Innovation Expert

Develop innovative sweet flavours for the Southeast Asian market by creating unique flavour profiles and matching competitor products with the support of analytical experts.

  • Create new and winning sweet flavours for beverage applications based on internal projects, customer briefings, and your own inspiration.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive innovation from concept to completion.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from lab to factory by supporting initial production of new flavours.

Key areas of focus include developing unique flavour profiles, modifying existing recipes, managing key projects, conducting organoleptic evaluations, and providing technical support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Flavourist with a sustained history of new project wins.
  • Specialized experience in creating beverage flavours for the Southeast Asian market is highly preferred.
  • University Degree or Advanced Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field is required.
  • Knowledge of flavour and food regulations in various countries is essential.
  • Deep understanding of raw materials, ingredient costing, functionality, and stability is critical.
  • Proficiency in organoleptic evaluation techniques and advanced understanding of analytical methods (GC, HPLC, MS) is necessary.
