About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Beverage Innovator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for creating new beverage concoctions that showcase your flair and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a recognized hotel or bar establishment, with a strong understanding of food, wine, and bar service.

You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless restaurant and bar operations, including taking reservations, setting tables, and meeting guest demands.

We are looking for someone who is highly adaptable, has excellent communication skills, and can perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
