Job Title: Beverage Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Beverage Specialist.

This role is responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, including coffee and cocktails, while delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in both barista and bartending roles, with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and cocktail mixology.

They will also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and work efficiently under pressure.

The successful candidate will be able to create a positive and supportive working environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages using professional equipment.
  • Create and serve classic and innovative cocktails according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station at all times.
  • Manage inventory of supplies; restock as needed.
  • Interact with guests professionally, taking orders and providing recommendations.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Support the team with other front-of-house duties when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bartender and barista (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and cocktail mixology.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
