Job Role: Beverage Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Beverage Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a keen eye for detail in the preparation of beverages and food items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and other hot and cold drinks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict hygiene standards at all times.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained at optimal levels to meet customer demand.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a beverage preparation or service role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
