Job Title: Beverage Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Beverage Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the F&B industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. You will also have the flexibility to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week and be willing to engage in shift work, including weekends and public holidays.

As a Beverage Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Greeting guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
  • Taking customer orders and handling payments accurately
  • Preparing coffee, espresso, tea, cold drinks, and baked goods to our high standards
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area and equipment
  • Replenishing stock items as needed
  • FOLLOWING food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards
  • Working as part of a team to meet service goals during peak hours
  • Handling guest concerns or questions in a professional and timely manner
  • Supporting other team members and contributing to a positive work environment
