Beverage Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Beverage Specialist to join our team.

  • This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bar, including preparation and presentation of beverages, maintaining equipment, and engaging with guests in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In charge of the daily running of the bar
  • Prepare drink ingredients and mise-en-place
  • Follow recipes and prepare beverages accordingly
  • Serve and upsell beverages to guests
  • Track and manage bar inventory
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
  • Handle guests' feedback promptly

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar capacity
  • Outgoing personality
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for quality control
