- This position is open to Singapore Citizens and PRs only.**Job Scope**:

- Explore, develop, and implement effective means of volunteer recruitment, development, and appreciation.
- Identify and analyze volunteering trends and skill gaps.
- Plan and build collaborative volunteerism campaigns and programmes with partner SSAs.
- Promote and maintain good volunteer and SSA partner relations.
- Collaborate with programme and service owners to adress their needs for volunteers.
- Maintain accurate records of volunteer information and volunteer training and activity.
- Ensure relevant data is adequately secured in accordance with PDPA and LHMSC’s InfoSec policies.
- Ensure prompt responses and timely communications with volunteers and relevant public enquiries.
- Support organisation projects and strategies.
- Remuneration package and grade will be commensurate with relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.

**Requirements**:

- At least **2 years of full-time work experience **in the local social service or healthcare sectors for those who have the above relevant qualifications ( **excluding roles as a volunteer **).
- Familiar with local social service terminology and best practices, particularly for the Volunteer Management domain.
- Comfortable in engaging with people and have a friendly and supportive personality.

**Advantageous Attributes**:

- Familiar with the fundaments of local PDPA and data privacy regulations.
- Familiar with the role of and operations in an SG Cares Volunteer Centre.
- Fluent in a local second language or dialect on top of English (many of our volunteers and service users are seniors from the community who may not speak or are uncomfortable with using English).
