**LOCATION**
Central (Ang Mo Kio / Bishan / Sin Ming)
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Implement effective and responsive volunteer management services
- Develop, promote and execute volunteer related training programs as well as development opportunities
- Collaborate with HODs to manage volunteer issues and enquiries
- Collaborate with departments to plan and coordinate volunteer affairs initiatives
- Support company's events
**WORKING HOURS**
- Standard Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30 to 5.30pm
- **ONLY WHEN REQUIRED**:
- Able to work on weekends/public holidays/irregular working hours
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Qualification: Min. Diploma in any discipline
- Years of Experience: Preferably with 2 years of relevant experiences in volunteer management
- Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Good facilitating, Communication, Problem-solving and Influencing skills, Ability to multi-task and work within short time frame under mínimal supervision
- A team player with proactive and positive work attitude
