The Modern Work Customer Success team is looking for a Regional Business Leader for Asia. Customer Success is a dynamic and globally diverse organization. In Customer Success we listen to our customers, help accelerate adoption and usage of Microsoft technology, learn from their experiences, and champion their feedback to engineering teams to deliver world-class cloud services that help customers achieve their business outcomes and maximize their potential.
We’re looking for a Regional Business Leader to support accelerating M365 Usage and Adoption with focus on Teams Hybrid Work and Converged Communications and Platform in Asia. If you have a strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers and emerging trends as well as the impact of these on field sellers, partners, and customers and ability to execute, we definitely have an opportunity for you

- Enable the delivery of key Modern Work Customer Success metrics including Teams Platform and Hybrid Work and Converged Communications in Asia
Coach teams to identify and work with the appropriate cross-groups to remove the most difficult customer success blockers to drive workload consumption
- Provide deep business insights to our Corp teams
- Direct account engagement to ensure sponsorship and appropriate LT and Corporate Stakeholder visibility or necessary escalation
- Manage executive relationships with key Microsoft stakeholders, customers and partners
- Growing and maintaining healthy customer and partner relationships
- Gathering powerful customer success stories from your time zone and feed into the marketing team
**Qualifications**:
- 10 + years of experience in IT business development, sales, and/or consulting, preferably in the Modern Work space
- Strong Asia Regional Experience in our 5 Areas - ANZ, APAC, GCR, India & Japan
- Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers and emerging trends
- Passionate, forward-thinking, results-oriented leader
- Provide deep insight across Enterprise sales, partner, consulting and customer success functions, and be familiar with field needs to successfully drive a new program
- Strong organizational leadership through change and transformation: proven ability to build, lead and motivate sales teams in addition to leading through influence in working with the subsidiary and HQ teams.
- Proven record coaching and developing for customer outcomes with specific user scenarios and strategic account planning with an emphasis on business value
- Worldwide experience and strong multi-cultural awareness
- Strong understanding of the consumption business model, strategies and customer/field challenges
- Demonstrated experience and success engaging with senior executives in post-sales and working with leading consulting, systems integrator and global partners
