We are looking for a motivated **Category **Campaign Manager** who will be responsible for transforming category market goals into integrated marketing campaigns and programs that draw engagement and demand for Sennheiser Professional Audio products and services (Audio For Video). You will work directly with the respective Category Market Manager to provide strategy support that informs an always-on marketing plan that you will own, driving various activities together with marketing and portfolio teams to deliver measurable results for the category.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a rolling 12-month integrated marketing plan that includes a mix of activities designed to compel both end users and business customers
- Serve as central go-to person for all category campaigns
- Set and disseminate budgets for approved campaign plans
- Coordinate annual planning activities, including the mobilization of executional teams to enrich and deliver comprehensive category plans
- Plan integrated campaigns together with Category Management
- Trigger, approve, and monitor planned activities through Project Management
- Host weekly tactical meetings for category
- Generate news bulletins for internal and external audiences
- Coordinate and lead new product launch teams
- Develop comprehensive Go-To-Market plans for new product launches, while including portfolio lifecycle and maintenance goals
- Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs for all activities
- Publish and share performance dashboards
- Write creative briefs for internal and external creative resources to execute
- Align and support corporate roll-up KPIs and dashboards
- Track and regularly report status/results of planned activities
- Partner with Brand Team on brand-related initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR or related field
- 7+ years of experience in marketing and online marketing campaign strategy
- Teamwork skills, including demonstrated success promoting a collaborative and productive work environment for all team members
- Budget management and tracking
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail oriented, well organized, and independently competent
- Communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate and influence successfully at all levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to proactively develop a network of key relationships internally and externally.
- International experience with in-house and external resources
- Highly organized, with a history of leading cross-functional teams to results
- Familiarity of professional audio market preferred
- Some travel required
