**Responsibilities**:

- This role is part of TikTok’s Small and Medium Team (SMB) for APAC. You will serve as liaison between APAC Regional business lead, APAC leadership team and global SMB PMO team, team leaders in the markets and cross functional stakeholders regarding SMB APAC projects, planning, and meetings
- Co-lead strategic planning Initiatives, Business Review Sessions, admin support for regional leaders
- Proactively identify issues, areas of enhancements which provide value added insights and lead/implement strategic initiatives.
- Taking ownership of the calendar, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and organizing innovative, impactful projects. Meetings can include routine leadership meetings, team lead meetings in markers, XFNs alignment meetings, townhall, offsite leadership meetings etc.
- Support and represent the regional head in cross-functional engagement by creating reports, organizing information, taking memos in critical meetings, updating and creating spreadsheets and communications decks.
- Assist and support critical projects from leadership team to implement effectively and efficiently.
- Work as culture ambassador for SMB APAC to boost healthy culture cultivating and energize with team to implement initiatives.
- Anticipate needs, provide high-level executive administrative support and project management tasks

**Qualifications**:

- 5-7 years of experience, including experience in a fast-paced technology company.

- Highly organised, strong problem solving skills, confident and self motivated individual that is equally comfortable supporting regional business leaders, the leadership team and team leads group
- Strategic thinker with experience identifying and leading programs to improve business performance.
- Experience building relationships with cross-functional teams and delivering impact through communication
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
- Highly organized and detail oriented with a proactive work-style
- Able to act as the ambassador for company and org
- Comfortable working across different cultures and multiple time zones
- Nice to have experience in roles such as Program Management/PMO, Business Operations, Business Strategy
