About the Team
TikTok's SMB Team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.
As an SMB Trainer you will be responsible for partnering with the TikTok Product team (Regional & Global) to develop, design and deliver SMB product training to the SMB Sales team in APAC.
You will partner with your Training Team to align curriculum planning and design, when necessary, to deliver best-in-class training leveraging a blended learning strategy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and execute the training strategy to the SMB Sales function for new product/ feature launches
- Own the product learning journey for all new hires, from new hire to continuous learning of the product
- Partner with product leads and global peers to drive product strategy into the business for global or regional execution
- Successfully manage relationships with product teams and global counterparts for efficient cross-regional collaboration
- Work with Instructional Design to produce training material and assessments at scale
- Support training effectiveness to ensure knowledge retention
- Support the SMB Training team for adhoc priorities when required
**Qualifications**:
- A passion for learning and people development
- 3 years’ experience in an online operations, internal training or product support environment
- An understanding of new product life-cycle and launch in the ad-tech space
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience managing training projects and programs with cross-functional team collaboration
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly
- Comfortable with ambiguity with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
- Additional language is a plus
