**About the Department**:
The **Global Market** function leverages our in-depth knowledge of markets to provide timely financial advice, products and solutions to our clients. Together with our segment managers, we manage our clients’ investment, liability and risk management needs through a comprehensive suite of treasury products and services across multiple asset classes.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will be the supporting the Business Management and Support lead for Global Markets Operations.
- You will support the Division through resource & financial management, managing financial and headcount budget, ensuring cost discipline, billing and other financial related matters.
- You will prepare business and functional management forum meeting packs and dashboards for senior management on a monthly basis. You will also be preparing and disseminating various control reports for the hub in Singapore and various locations supported.
- You will organize and support various management and governance forums & workshops.
- You will co-ordinate the relationship and delivery of information / services both to and from other divisions (Finance, HR and TOGA); identifying, addressing and resolving issues that arise between the Business and its stakeholders.
- You will provide support in all administration and ad-hoc projects or activities as required.
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree holder
- At least 5 years of experience working in Banking & Finance industry
- Preferably, you also possess good knowledge and understanding on business management and support roles.
- Experience in business management including planning, strategy implementation, reporting and corporate communications.
- A team player, strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively, under pressure, in a rapid changing environment, as well as autonomously and as an effective member of a dynamic team.
- Possesses good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, meticulous and able to operate expeditiously to deliver results and meet tight timelines.
