RPA Development & Maintenance
Automate, integrate, and configure core HR processes to align with business objectives while maintaining data integrity and operational effectiveness, in collaboration with other HR functions
Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using tools such as UiPath and Python
Collaborate closely with HR technology experts and business units to identify automation opportunities and optimise existing workflows
Conduct code reviews to uphold best practices and deliver high-quality automation solutions
Provide post-deployment support and maintain documentation to ensure the long-term stability of workflows, troubleshooting of issues and refining automation systems
Training and Support
Support HR and other staff members on using HR systems, automation tools, and data reporting platforms
Develop user manuals, and documentation for HRIS processes and automated workflows
Other Responsibilities
Assist in managing HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, HRIS, etc.), ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and system updates
Provide technical support to HR staff and other system users, troubleshooting issues and providing timely solutions
Education
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with a requirement of two years of experience for diploma holders
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, including Python, with hands-on experience in automation and data processing.
Experience in developing automation solutions particularly with UiPath, as well as familiarity with Power Automate, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with expertise in formulas and data manipulation.
Knowledge of HRIS platforms, such as SAP SuccessFactors, for HR-related automation.
Application of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles in production-grade projects to ensure structured and efficient development.
Attributes

OTHER SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE (GOOD TO HAVE)
Experience using orchestration and deployment platforms such as UiPath Orchestrator or equivalent
Experience with using Google Workspace tools (e.g. Sheets, Forms)
Familiarity with Google Apps Script for process automation
Familiarity with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
Basic understanding of AI-driven solutions and chatbot development
Awareness of data protection standards and best practices
