Transformative HRIS Leader

Our organisation is undergoing a strategic transformation, pivoting its business and strengthening its people capabilities. As it grows and evolves, we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic HRIS/HRSS Lead to join our Group Human Resources Division.
This role will lead the HRIS, HR Shared Services, and HR Analytics functions, serving as the business owner for SAP SuccessFactors. You will drive enhancements and optimisation of HR systems, processes, and analytics to strengthen our people agenda.
You will deliver high-quality, consistent, and efficient services across the organisation, leading HRIS/HRSS transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, data governance, and digital innovation. This will position the HR function as a best-in-class enabler of business performance.
To be successful in this role, you are degree-qualified with a proven track record in leading HRIS, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations teams. Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors is essential, along with the ability to balance operational rigour with innovation, engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders.
Strong communication, project management, and team leadership skills are required. If you have successfully led projects from design through execution, with a strong grasp of end-to-end HR processes, service delivery, and data governance, we encourage you to apply.
