As an HRIS Intern, you will support the management and enhancement of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), contributing to system testing, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and effective system performance. This role provides valuable exposure to global HR processes, data analytics, and the intersection of HR and technology.

What you will do

Project Support

  • Assist in HR technology projects such as new module implementations, process harmonization, and vendor integrations.
  • Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure project tasks are completed.
  • Support the creation of simple user training materials, FAQs, and quick reference guides.

HRIS Support Testing 

  • Test new system features, enhancements, and integrations before they go live.
  • Follow test scripts, document results, and log any issues found.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for global and local HRIS rollouts.
  • Work closely with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and retest fixes.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Prepare standard and ad-hoc HR reports and support data analysis for migration validation.

What you bring

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resource, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field
  • Curious, detail-oriented and solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in Excel (& PowerBI will be a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams
  • Eagerness to learn about HR technology and data analytics (no prior HRIS experience required).
