Job Title: Senior Executive, HRIS

The Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) initiatives.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide first-level support and resolution for HR systems-related issues and/or requests.
  2. Support SuccessFactors including foundation objects setup and management, administration of user access, troubleshooting, adjustments, and mass loading of data on a need-basis.
  3. Liaise with AMS partners and system vendors for issues, solutioning, and enhancement requests.
  4. Coordinate between HR users, payroll teams, and system vendors on issues, enhancements, and/or change requests raised. Follow-through till completion and roll out based on timeline.
  5. Develop new or update existing user guides on new functionality or processes.
  6. Contribute to initiatives to drive operational efficiency in the HRMS process using technology.
  7. Coordinate for and support project leads in managing timeline, requirement, team members, appointed vendors, and implementers on related HR projects.
  8. Conduct all testing activities for implementation, enhancements, regular system updates, and proposed functional changes in the system.
  9. Conduct HR systems training for end-users and manage all communications relating to the system if required.
  10. Other ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the area of HRIS system setup, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance.
  • Diploma or degree in HR or IT relevant discipline.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors support or implementation is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze business process requirements, understand HR domain knowledge, and translate into HRIS system requirements.
  • Good understanding of development and testing cycles, data management skills, and experience in HRIS project management/support.
  • Independent team player with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Positive working attitude.
