Job Title: HRIS and HR Shared Services Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the HRIS, HR Shared Services, and HR Analytics functions. This individual will serve as the business owner for SAP SuccessFactors, driving enhancements and optimization of HR systems, processes, and analytics to strengthen the organization's people agenda.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of HRIS, HR Shared Services, and HR Analytics strategies.
  • Ensure high-quality, consistent, and efficient services across the organization.
  • Drive HR operational excellence through process improvements and data governance.
  • Implement digital innovation initiatives to enhance the HR function's capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in leading HRIS, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations teams.
  • Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and ability to lead projects from design through execution.
  • Ability to balance operational rigour with innovation while engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, project management, and team leadership skills.
