Overview

We're excited to be partnering with a fast-growing technology client in their search for a newly created HR Shared Services Lead. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale HR operations from the ground up in a dynamic, international environment. If you're motivated by transformation and optimisation, with a strong background in HR operations, HRIS and start-up this is a great role for you.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the HR Shared Services team to deliver end-to-end HR services while standardising and documenting HR processes.
  • Manage HR governance and compliance and be responsible for payroll across geographies, streamlining processes to create efficiencies across locations.
  • Drive HRIS implementation and integration; collaborate with IT and vendors and regularly present HR data and insights to leadership.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in HR operations or HRIS, across geographies including Singapore, China, Hong Kong and ideally the US.
  • Mandarin language skills are essential due to the Engineering function being based in China.
