Executive, HR Shared Services (Data Management) responsible for accuracy, consistency and standardization of HR processes to support efficient administration of all HR activities in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Responsibilities- As a key member of the HR payroll and data management team, ensure accuracy, consistency and standardization of HR processes and compliant administration of all HR activities.
- Work proactively with key stakeholders to deliver end-to-end processing of employee data, maintain proper documentation and records, and administer staff compensation and benefits.
- Identify and streamline HR processes and develop a centralized shared service unit at the group level to drive quality HR services across the full employee lifecycle in a large organization.
- Participate in projects centered around HR system enhancements (e.g., SuccessFactors, BIPO Payroll, Leave and Attendance Management) to develop project management skills and become the subject matter expert on HRIS deployment.
- Minimum 1-2 years or more relevant HR Shared Service experience.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors is a prerequisite.
- Knowledge of payroll administration is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience in HR shared services environment within a large organization is preferred.
- Highly self-motivated, committed and resourceful; with initiative and drive to deliver organized and meticulous work.
