Our client is looking for an experienced **HR Shared Services Manager**to lead day-to-day HR operations and drive service excellence across the employee lifecycle. You’ll manage a team, oversee payroll, ensure process efficiency, and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver a seamless employee experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead HR Shared Services team and daily operations across onboarding, HRIS, work passes, benefits, offboarding, etc.
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll execution (SAP).
- Drive continuous process improvements and service standardisation.
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations and manage internal/external audits.
- Use data to track service performance and inform decision-making.
- Manage HR vendors, budget, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance.
- Support HR projects and company-wide HR communications.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in HR Shared Services leadership
- Strong knowledge of local HR regulations and payroll
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel; SAP experience preferred
