**_HR Executive, Shared Services _**
You will be responsible for the execution of HR processes and transactions according to the documented procedures for assigned area of responsibility within the HR team, so as to fulfil internal and external service commitments. You will also handle the daily workload and deliver day-to-day HR transactions in a timely and accurate manner with minimum supervision.
**The Challenges**:
- Support the business partners in all administration tasks including contract renewal, preparation of re-employment contract; letter of certification, manpower requisitions form, acceptance of resignation and tracking of new staff confirmation.
- Complete the process of renewal and cancellation of work passes on time and in accordance toMOM law, including submission of 6ME.
- Ensure all administrative tasks (including liaising with TA, TR and TD) are delivered accurately,timely and with quality standard.
- Collate Performance Appraisal Forms of client groups for annual review exercise.
- Work with superior to assess and review the internal HR operational workflow to streamline workprocesses, leveraging on technology.
- Assist to review and re-design e-forms and organize the e-filing for the TC team.
- Compile data collected from employee surveys and exit interviews for the client groups.
- Participate and give support in special HR projects assigned by superior, HRM or HRD.
- Any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by supervisor and manager.
**What it takes**:
- 1 year relevant work experience
- Diploma in Business Administration or any relevant disciplines
- Self driven, and able to work independently
