Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the daily operations of our HR Shared Services function, ensuring seamless efficiency and compliance.

  • This role is responsible for championing HR Data Governance, Analytics, Reporting, and administering our HR Ticketing system in support of our shared services function.
  • The successful candidate will contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and perform analysis of relevant HR data to identify trends and develop predictive analytics.
  • A key responsibility will be leading the implementation and adoption of HRIS modules across our global user base.

This dynamic role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as experience managing HR operations within a shared services setup.

About This Opportunity
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR operations work, preferably within a shared services environment.
  • Tech-savviness with HRIS systems and HR Analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.
