**Missions and Responsibilities**

Job Summary:
This role will report to the APAC HR Technology Head and will function as the Primary Workday Lead for HRDS CoE Run Support operations. This role also participates in HRIS-related projects from conception through to delivery and post-deployment support for the APAC region.

Working within the APAC HR Digital Solutions CoE team, you'll collaborate with internal and external partners to realise process standardization, efficiencies and quality for the HRIS delivery, and you'll support ongoing HRIS initiatives to deploy and update HR Technology tools to drive user adoption and improve the employee experience.

Main Responsibilities:

- In this role, you will participate in HRDS Run Support operations, utilising the ServiceNow ticketing system for issue tracking and other tools such as Power BI for analysis.
- You will function and be acknowledged as the 'Go To' Subject Matter Expert on Workday for various exciting projects on the HR Technology roadmap.
- As the Workday lead, you will have expert knowledge in several Workday HCM Modules and be required to be hands-on in HCM systems configurations for Workday.
- You'll get the opportunity to interact with users, act as an advocate of new Workday features and Modules, train them on the HRIS adoption and usage during deployment and provide ongoing support.
- You will also lead and support ongoing system audits of the APAC Workday framework, with a focus on data quality audits in the new HRIS.

**Competencies and Profile**
- Minimum of 4 years’ or more hands-on experience in Workday systems HCM functional configuration, systems transactional support with exposure to ServiceNow Modules.
- Minimum of at least 3 complete end-to-end, hands-on systems deployment projects of Workday Modules in APAC countries or globally,
- payroll interfaces data, reporting and analytics.
- A good team player, working closely with APAC HR Technology Head, working with the Business Shared Services Center to troubleshoot and support HRIS system issues. partner with Group teams, other HR Centers of Excellence to drive automation efficiency projects;
- Familiar and knowledgeable in Workday regular update cycles and be able to work with vendors or external support to provide a high quality and expert level of HRIS support.
- Experience in Applications Management Support (AMS) for large MNCs, supporting daily transactional system issues and assisting with end-user HRIS adoption.
- Expert knowledge and / or exposure to inbound and outbound integrations to Workday and have worked with IT to troubleshoot and deploy fixes or updates to interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS requirements analysis, data conversions, payroll interface testing, user acceptance testing, Workday training, HCM business process configurations, roles and permissions Workday security administration, building custom reports.
- Previous experience with supporting the Data Conversions of Workday implementations, including data collection, cleansing, conversion uploads and data quality audits will be useful.
- Previous exposure working with large third
- party APAC payroll providers on the HRIS interfaces will be a plus.
- Be meticulous in attention to detail and strong in written communications
