**Experience Level**: 6 to 9 years
**Contract Duration**:12 Months (Renewable)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage project financials, budgeting support, and tracking of spend
- Assist in project planning and resource tracking activities
- Oversee asset inventory management (forecasting, procurement, allocation, disposal)
- Raise memos and SOWs for domain-specific resource and project needs
- Record and distribute minutes of meetings for key project discussions
- Support contract renewals and maintain vendor/contract databases
- Handle onboarding and offboarding of resources
- Manage internal approval processes across various project activities
- Act as a key point of contact during audits and internal control reviews
- Support department-wide initiatives such as relocation projects or new setups
- Handle floor logistics, stationery, document handling, and other admin tasks as needed
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the PMO function

**Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or relevant discipline
- 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in a PMO or project administrative support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently
- Team-oriented, proactive, and dependable
