Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Track project financials actual vs forecast, submit accruals, tracks PO, invoice payments.
  • Manage Project managers and other stakeholder expectations on project deliverables and prioritization.
  • Maintain necessary documentation and provide appropriate status reporting.
  • Assist PMO in the new staff onboarding and asset management.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or degree in Finance or in related majors
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the PMO role in a banking, financial or IT industry.
  • Must have experience in the financial management.
  • Able to manage stakeholders across various cultures.
  • Must have good excel skills
