Key areas of accountability:
**Sales**
- **Manage & implement local sales tactics & execution per year in line with country and marketing objectives.**
- Management of Mako territory in SG to achieve sales targets
- Responsible to provide monthly Mako sales forecast, meeting Mako sales budget and case attendance for the assigned product portfolio and sales territory
- Identify Mako business opportunities, formulates account tactics & ensure effective implementation of territory action plans
- Conduct regular consignment and instrument count within territory
- Coordinate payment collection following company’s SOP
- Provide regular market/competitor updates
- Prompt complaints handling adhering to company SOP
- Assisting customers enquiries and provide quotation as needed
- Assist in overseeing uncovered sales territory
- **Create & maintain relationships with key hospital stake holders including but not limited to**:

- Chief Executives
- Procurement
- KOL’s
- Nursing staff
- **Maintain appropriate levels of company quality service**
- Corporate policy, legislation and quality compliance to meet national and international standards.
- Appropriate risk and asset management across all areas of responsibility
- Employee engagement scores (Q12)

**Support Marketing strategy**
- **Support & Implement local marketing tactics & execution in line with strategy with team**
- Execute product launches, obsolescence and recalls partnering with RAQA and Sales & Marketing Manager
- Carry out sales & marketing activities, responsible to support marketing initiatives including trade show (exhibition) and other key events and promotions such as workshops, company receptions etc.
- Support marketing in executing local workshops and training opportunities for HCPs
- Work with marketing team on identifying potential KOLs and creating training opportunities for them outside the region
- Identify and build potential faculty and KOLs for local and regional training events
- conduct regular product in-service and product presentation to the customers
- Management of HCP interactions ensuring compliance is adhered
- Provide feedback on local LSO training opportunities for junior surgeons
- Consolidate and present dealer execution plan within territory
- Support marketing in budgeting process by (Share findings on market trends (customer profile, credibility, competition and reputation in market), and identify market-specific needs, trends and opportunities for business growth
- Periodically prepare sales performance analyses in sales results, forecast, critical issues as needed)
- Work with Sales & Marketing manager to ensure pricing is controlled and in line with market expectations
- **Training & Education: Sales Staff, Dealer Staff**
- Implement sales force effectiveness training and progress tracking for sales team
- Ensure internal and external induction for new hired (dealer and Stryker staff): compliance, processes, field training and hospital orientations
- Ensure that dealer reps are trained alongside Stryker staff
- Ensure that training records are kept & logged within the QMS
- Work closely with operations team and marketing associate to ensure stock level forecasting is in line with proposed marketing plans e.g. product launches, deletions etc
- Manage local instrument inventory and checklists with dealer, operations and Zuellig
