The Key Account Manager (KAM) will have primary responsibility for developing deep relationships with Key Accounts (Institutions and Oncology Centers across both Public and Private sectors) in Singapore and serves as the centers’ primary point of contact. In this role, the KAM will be responsible for driving utilization of innovative therapies (Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs)), develop patient-centric solutions and ensuring the delivery of seamless customer experience. To accomplish these goals, the KAM will cultivate strong relationships with account stakeholders and alliance partners, coordinate activities, develop strategic account plans and communicate the value of ADCs to account stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to foster strong relationships with Key Accounts in oncology in Singapore.
- Establish and develop business relationships with senior account level leadership and relevant key stakeholders
- Serve as primary liaison for the Key Accounts and collaborate with colleagues to create a streamlined, organized interface to address customer needs and concerns. Proactiveness in setting up engagements between external/internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams, including Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access and Sales, to ensure alignment of strategies and effective implementation patient-centric solutions/programs for each Key Accounts.
- Provide Medical Affairs, Market Access and Marketing colleagues with appropriate feedback and insights from interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and other stakeholders
- Alliance collaboration - work closely with DS alliance partners on insights exchange, co-develop and drive alliance initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, financing landscape and market dynamics to provide insightful recommendations for business development.
- Provide product education and support to Key Accounts stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical products in the oncology portfolio.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts and terms, ensuring favorable agreements across stakeholders (customers, alliance partners and company)
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports and presentations
- Monitor, assess and drive performance growth and achieve revenue targets by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities within assigned Key Accounts.
- Attend relevant conferences and events to network with key stakeholders and stay informed about advancements in oncology. Provide support at professional meetings, including staffing exhibits, reporting on scientific sessions and facilitating meetings with thought leaders

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, life sciences, etc.) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager (>5 years) or similar role within the industry, with focus on oncology.
- In-depth understanding of oncology products, market dynamics, and healthcare trends.
- In-depth understanding and knowledge of treatment financing and insurance landscape.
- Clinical expertise in basic principles of General Oncology, Immunology, Lung Cancer and Breast Cancer is preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to travel as needed to attend industry events and engage with key accounts stakeholders.
