**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Executive to work closely with Customer Relationship Manager to enhance the experience for our Hosted Buyers Program. Cross collaboration for smooth delivery and execution of the program with the utmost customer satisfactory and participation rate.
The role will be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships and constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist CRM in organizing the Hosted Buyers Program
- Strong follow up with the selected VIPs and ensure their attendance to our events.
- Building new leads and maintaining positive business relationships with key customers.
- Resolving customer feedback and complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Providing customers with timely update on the latest development of our events.
- Meeting with CRM and managers in the organization to plan marketing promotion strategically.
- Collating and maintaining of the customer database in a systematic way with accuracy
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing it or providing alternatives
- Assist in building the community by connecting with the customers closely and maintaining the relationship
- Understand the business matching requirements of customers, explore and line up business matching opportunity
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Superior product knowledge.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
- Good command of written and fluency in English and Mandarin; (required)
- Immediate available is preferred
