Payroll & HR Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Work with the Regional Head of HR Southeast Asia in HR strategic and operations matters.
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Run the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Execute payroll processes and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Drive the internal and external training programs and admin.
- Assist with compensation and benefits plans and programs.
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
- Support and implement strategic HR projects.
**Requirements**:
- 4-7 years of experience in Human Resources; prior HR experience in Private Banking is a bonus.
- Prior experience in Payroll is a bonus.
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dynamic and driven to work in a fast-paced environment.
