**Responsibilities**:

- Be the primary liaison between the agency and client for all assigned projects, ensuring that briefs are met with quality and timeliness
- Manage project timelines and take responsibility for the delivery of key milestones including proposals, drafts, approvals and production
- Collaborate and coordinate with creative, editorial and production partners to deliver on project requirements
- Deliver an exceptional client experience with the view of building enduring relationships

**Requirements**:

- Impeccable project management skills, including time and resource management
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

**Preferred**:

- 3 years of account management experience in a creative agency
- Proven understanding of the print and digital media landscape

INKGOT operates fully remote at the moment but the nature of the role necessitates face-to-face client meetings. Please note that due to local manpower regulations, we can only consider Singapore citizens and Singapore Permanent Citizens for this role.
