**Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be tasked with the responsibilities of managing the function of the Key Account Team reporting to you. You will play an important role in:
Key Account Management
- Accountable for the Key Account sales performance in line with agreed and annual sales budget and performance
- Accountable for developing and maintaining effective working relationship with assigned account at HQ Level
- Liaise with Key Account’s buyers for updates, promotional activation, and periodic reviews
- Plan, execute, evaluate promotion with objective of optimising cost, sales, and volume effectiveness
- Manage the promotion spend within the budgeted funds
Sales Operation Management
- Manage and guide the Key Account Executive in managing the Sales Team operational effectiveness
- Ensure that Key Account Executive provide updates on promotions activation and display guides in the stores with sales team through monthly internal KA meeting together with Sales Director.
- Conduct monthly meeting with sales team to provide updates on forward promotional activities and related matters
Business Planning
- Working closely with Sales Director in formulating and planning strategic account plans
- Working and aligning promotions activities with Marketing plans, Brand/product promotion activation and/or marketing program activities
**Requirements**:
- Minimum degree in Marketing/ Business Admin.
- At least 5 to 8 years Key Account management experience in the FMCG MT Supermarket environment/Food Services environment
- Experience in managing a FMCG Key Account sales team is an essential
