**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and optimize trading strategies and market-making algorithms in the cryptocurrency markets.
- Design and maintain automated monitoring systems for 24/7 trading operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, brainstorm trading ideas, and review system designs.
- Monitor algorithm performance, ensuring alignment with technical, risk, and profit objectives.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of trading system development, from ideation to implementation and ongoing support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Transforming market opportunities into profits through innovative trading strategies.
- Balancing the delivery of clean, testable code with the rapid deployment of new features.
- Supporting robust, low-latency distributed systems handling high transaction volumes.
- Monitoring and improving trading systems to maintain peak performance and reliability.
- Engaging in code reviews, system design discussions, and collaborative problem-solving.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in high-frequency trading, market-making, or arbitrage strategies in traditional or cryptocurrency markets.
- Skilled in C++ and Python with a strong background in low-latency algorithm development.
- Knowledgeable about risk management in trading and capable of balancing performance with reliability.
- Proficient in network programming, Linux configuration, and distributed system design.
- A problem-solver who thrives in collaborative environments and takes pride in delivering robust, performant software.
