**About the Singapore Environment Council (SEC)**

The Singapore Environment Council is a leading non-profit organisation dedicated to driving environmental sustainability through education, advocacy, and partnerships. We work with communities, businesses, and government agencies to build a greener, more sustainable Singapore.

**THE ROLE**

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as **Head of Business Development & Partnership**. In this role, you will drive SEC’s growth by forging impactful partnerships, securing funding, and expanding our reach across sectors. You’ll lead a small but passionate team and play a key role in shaping the future of sustainability in Singapore.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with SEC’s mission.
- Cultivate and manage partnerships with corporate, government, and community stakeholders.
- Lead sponsorship and fundraising initiatives to support SEC’s programmes.
- Supervise and mentor the Business Development Executive.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership efforts with organisational goals.Represent SEC at external events, forums, and meetings.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or fundraising.
- Proven track record in securing partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Passion for sustainability and environmental advocacy.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
