Handle HR and administrations, including Compensations and Benefits, Performance appraisal, Payroll Processing, implementation of policies, staffs discipline/disputes, and other HR-related functions
- Handle & resolve employee queries/issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members for MOM i-reporting submission, and Work Injury Claim (WICA) related matters.
- Maintain, approve & update all employee leave records.
- Claim submission for NS, Maternity, Paternity, and Childcare leaves
- Monthly payroll processing for 200 and above headcounts
- Submission of Monthly CPF Contribution
- Tax Clearance IR21 for foreign employees
- Provide support to the Head of HR for all HR matters
- Assist in any other daily administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office operations
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields
- Familiarity with related labor laws (e.g. Employment Act, CPF act etc.)
- Good knowledge of prevailing employment regulations
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar scope of work is advantageous
- Experience in the Construction industry
- Knowledge of payroll administration and hands-on experience in handling payroll more than 200 headcounts will be preferred
- Able to commit to deadlines given
- Willing to learn, independent team player with the ability to multi-task
- A hands-on person who is proactive, driven, and resourceful
- Meticulous, reliable, well organized and ability to exercise discretion at all time
- Ability to strive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
