**Responsibilities**
- Manage all employee leave records
- Handle payroll including reviewing time sheets and ensuring all leaves are recorded into the system
- Coordinate recruitment process such as job posting, screening and onboarding of new employees
- Prepare staff yearly appraisal and staff yearly insurance
- Review Employee Handbook, HR processes and policies
**Requirements**:
- Advantage with HR experience including payroll
- Sound knowledge on HR principles, employment laws and regulations
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8.15am - 5.30pm
- Office Locations: Woodlands
