**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage & communicate with relevant authorities & government departments such as MOM, NEA, MTI, MOH
- Manage all Covid related eg: Safe Management measures, procedures & requirement, vaccination
- Manage all employees matter according to policy and legal requirements
- Manage HR needs for Student Care Subsidiary Organization
- Manage Employee Life Cycle from Onboarding to Offboarding
- Coordinate with team leaders for resource planning
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Provide counselling on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment
- Managing employee benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits as per HR policy and guidelines
- Support administrative work for office to ensure smooth running of daily operation
- Responsible for the set-up, update and maintenance of the INFO-TECH HRM System
- Manage any other HR related matters from time to time, eg : administration record, ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date
**Job Requirements**
- Familiar with government regulations and handle foreign employee issue resolution
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
- Have the knowledge & experience in INFO-TECH HRM System would be an advantage but not required
- Have the integrity and high standards in the work you do
- Highly self-motivated and the ability to multi task
- Proven experience as HR officer, administrator, or other HR position
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of INFO-TECH HRM System is a plus
