**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure daily attendance and overtime records are updated and accurate.
- Submit monthly attendance to Finance by month end.
- Prepare all necessary HR-related memos and letters.
- Schedule internal and external training sessions, including CSOC, MSOC, and Coretrade certifications.
- Perform HR software Management maintenance.
- Conduct orientation programs for new employees
- Issue laptop and safety equipment to Employee and return upon resignation of staff.
