Qualitative Research Manager/5 Day Week/real Estate

**Oversees the strategy, planning and execution of the Company’s overall customer experience goals and initiatives to drive sustainable growth through customer experience differentiation. Reporting to the Insights & Measures Lead, the Qualitative Research Manager will**:

- Design, conduct and report on qualitative research to uncover deep seeded customer needs.
- Collaborate with business to effectively define customer opportunity statements, and propose the most appropriate qualitative research approach.
- Lead execution of qualitative research activities.
- Leverage and work with data, client and market insights experts to uncover better insights.
- Be an ambassador for user research, ethnography and the practiced art of empathy inside organization.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree holder with min 8 years of qualitative research experience
- Experience in ethnography and qualitative customer research methods applied in a business setting
- Experience crafting and executing customer interviews, focus groups and quantitative surveys to answer specific business questions and problems
- Experience working with secondary research data and quantitative data to marry with qualitative insights
- Experience collaborating with and providing input and insight to project managers, designers and engineers to define solutions addressing customer pain-points
- Prior experience with design and/or qualitative research training would be advantageous.
